Easy Fried rice with chicken wings for Iftar
Well Just another Friday, weekly holiday here, 04th Ramadan 2016. So early in the morning I went to Agora the most famous superstore in Dhaka. I was thinking to made some easy Iftar so that I bought
Chicken wings by Bengal Meat, a well known Meat processor of Bangladesh. It cost only 84.38 Taka equal to 1.05 US Dollar and I added some Basmati Rice 500 Gram by 75 Taka that means .9375 US Dollar and bought some other ingredients what I need. Back home I had a lot of works to do, I did all
the pending homework. At last afternoon I went to the kitchen, taken all the ingredients for making the Iftar. I washed the Basmati Rice and given to full boiled and drained the water on it, so my rice is ready now. Ow! earlier I marinated the Wings with ginger paste and salt to taste, you can add some vinegar or lemon juice and soy sauce to marinate them, that depends on your taste. I just kept it 3 or 4 hours for marinate in the refrigerator. This is so easy, isn't it?
I just taken some common ingredients for the fried rice what I found ready in home are as follows:-a. 300 Gram Basmoti Rice.
b. Ginger Paste.
c. 3 piece of Garlic.
d. 3 eggs.
e. 10 pieces of green Chile.
f. 2 large onions.
g. 3 table spoon butter oil.
h. Salt to taste.
Its cooking time, first I take a Pan and pouring butter oil when it hot, then added the onions, garlic and ginger paste and half a table spoon of salt. I just wait one minute and given the egg on it and made sure to scrambling the eggs with the ingredients. Finally I pour the rice on it and mixing well. After 3 or 4 minutes when its done I reduce the hit of the burner. On the other burner I hit another pan with the rest of butter oil and fried the wings until it became dark brown. Its done and later I garnished the Iftar. So its not a lengthy process at all its simple and easy if you are use to on it, have fun.
